extract the installed .rar file & copy-paste the extracted folders to:
Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\NorthEastCorridor\RailVehicles\Passenger\Amfleet

copy AmCoach.GeoPcDx from:
Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\NorthEastCorridor\RailVehicles\Passenger\Amfleet\AmCoach

paste AmCoach.GeoPcDx to:
Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\NorthEastCorridor\RailVehicles\Passenger\Amfleet\AmBusiness

also AmCoach.GeoPcDx to:
Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\NorthEastCorridor\RailVehicles\Passenger\Amfleet\AmSleeper

Additional Comments

if you have the New Haven - NYC version of the NEC, check to see if the Amfleet textures match the one in this reskin 2-in-1. If they do match you can do your own conversion
