This adds a GIMX (GATX Railcar) trash flatcar with seperate loaded and empty variants. These cars are commonly seen on Norfolk Southern's Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Lehigh lines on the two trash trains that run on there.
Do note that both have the container models on them. This is due to the fact that these cars, in real life, barely leave the loading facility without containers on them.
Other than just the car itself, this pack
- adds Searchlight Simulations Defect Detector combatibility
- adds new sounds, physics, and couplers from the Searchlight Simulations freight packs.

Installation Instructions
To install:
Drag and drop the 'Assets' folder to your Railworks directory.
Drag 85ftOpenDeckFlatCar_01.GeoPcDx and Containers.GeoPcDx from Assets/DTM/EMD SD45-2 CSX.ap/RailVehicles/Freight/85ft Open Deck Flatcar
--NOTE: The .GeoPcDx files are located in the .ap file. You must open it using a compressed file opener such as WinRAR and 7Zip.
Paste these two .GeoPcDx files in the following folder:
Assets/DTM/EMD SD45-2 CSX/RailVehicles/Freight/85ft Open Deck Flatcar GIMX
--NOTE: this folder is not located in the .ap file like the previous one.
Once this is done, launch the game and enjoy!

Looks awesome! You should totally make an ammunition train set with the TSR flatcars and Searchlight Simulations wellcars.
I must have done something wrong. The knuckles are missing.
Make sure that the Searchlight Simulations freight pack is installed and selected in the asset menu (found in the scenario editor). From what I remember, these may not work in Quickdrive.
I was using them in quick drive. The Searchlight Simulations freight pack is installed. By the way, thanks for the quick response.
I made a quick patch that makes these work in quick drive. Not sure why I didn't set them up this way in the first place

I'm playing with this, but the couplers and sounds ain't showing or playing.
Do you have the Searchlight Simulations freight car packs installed? Those control the sounds and couplers. They are linked in the above requirements. They also have to be ticked in the asset menu and may not work in quick drive.
ah so i see, and yes, I do have the Searchlight, like obviously.
