H70 is a daily Croxton to Campbell Hall turn over the Bergen County and Port Jervis lines, it's normally run after dark, but today we'll be departing a bit earlier than usual, with a pickup and dropoff at the NYS&W interchange, expect delays as the dispatcher will be fitting us into the evening rush hour traffic

v1.0.1 corrected missing prereq in the manual
v1.0.2 added 'light' version of the scenario that removes abstudios stack trains at croxton yard which probably is what causes some people to have crashes loading in

Great scenario as usual, nice to be running on this route again.
Getting those failure to laod out of memeory errors.
I've heard that from a couple people, so I updated the package to include a separate version of the scenario without the abstudios stack trains, hopefully that fixes the issues.
Thank you you sir. I know there have been a few patches released to address the auto rack issue.. Downloading the old pack to use the NS units probably set the models back to default. Something I didn't think of at the time. If you have the old version still, I'd like to get it and test that theory.
Ma'am* No worries though. The updated copy currently available includes both the versions with and without the ABstudios stack trains
You may want to look at this scenario further. The light version is crashing on me as well. I'm not sure what the heck is wrong.
That sucks to hear, unfortunately I get the feeling it's mostly just a result of a somewhat resource intensive scenario with resource intensive stock on a resource intensive (and potentially unstable) route. I don't think there's really anything I can do to improve things further.
I do understand. And being the the game platform itself is very old, it's gonna give you issues that are beyond the end users control. There have been a few times I'd get the game going. As son as I'd cross the bridge after leaving the yard, the scenario would crash. My system is pretty much up to date.
What are your graphic settings in the game?
I run basically everything on max, but I've got a pretty powerful PC
I got the light version to run with no issues. Even swap an NS SD70 for one of the CP version and played it a second TIME. I did get version one to run a few times but it would crash after leaving the initial yard and crossing the bridge. I have pretty decent specs for my pc 💻 and a 4070 RTX 12gb card, 32 gigs of ram, and I set up a large page frame
Huh, you've got similar specs to me, I've got a 3080 with 12gb, and 32 ram as well, TS1 can just be a mystery sometimes.
Yep. It's just one of those things I guess. Will there possibly be a part 2? I've also downloaded your new UP activity. I'm looking forward to giving it a try.
In theory yes there'll be a part 2, in reality I've no idea if/when I'll do it
Good enough answer for me.
Another fantastic scenario, it ran with no issues.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it
Bill what are your settings for the sim as a whole?
Finally got the scenerios to run. I had to uninstall, then reinstall the route. It appears there were corrupt files in the route.
Glad to hear you got it working
Thank you. Graphics are thick in this route
