you can on the link for the requirements routes first because if you dont have them then it wont work and after you download all the requirements you would just downlaod the file ams drag in the routes folder for train simulator classics

My fault everyone I just added the scenario file to the file so y'all should be able to play and I apologize
so I did this and I also tried putting in the games extensions folder am I doing something wrong I don't see it pop up. I also placed in the routes folder
He just put the scenario files in the folder and not the ACTUAL scenario folder itself. You're not doing anything wrong, he just forgot to include the scenario folder, that's all.
that's my fault I just updated the folder so it now have the actual scenario file in the folder
