RRMods - SLS Compatibility Patch

This is the installment of patches for the RRMods "NSC 60ft Boxcar", "NSC 5810 Pellet Cars", "CNCF/Thrall 2494 Gondola", and "ACF/ARI 33,600/700k Tank Cars".

Largely outdated so I brought it up to speed.
