Here is an old upload from Crazy Parrot's Mods (me), the Pacific Surfliner Enhancement Pack! The quilling proxy was made by the owner of the audio shack, who was kind enough to grant me permission to use his proxy! My 6951 horn is NOT from JDTS, it is from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9fqOYsWD94&t=2s.
In the "PacificSurfliner folder, make sure to aviod the "Enhancements" folder, as it contains a bunch of old, corrupted, stuff.
Requirements
This mod requires the 16N-710G3B and GEVO-12 Enhancement packs from Searchlight Simulations for this pack to work. I'm also making a pacific surfliner ultimate immersion, which will be released soon!

How do you quill the horn? with what key?
N is the Quill Key
When I loaded the engine, the idle sound didn't play. The startup sound didn't play either. All the others worked though.
One question, for the ss audio pack, is the pack the 9.99$ sound pack or the free one? or is it just both?

The mod works for me but the Engine Audio cuts out around notch 2 or 3 and all you hear is the traction motors after is there something I did wrong or is the mod just glitched.
I don't really, know, but it might be a glitch. I'm afraid I can't help you, as I stopped the project for good.
