I don't have the metrolink pack, you have to move "railvehicles" to F59PHPack01.
I'll show you what mine looks like.
My guess is that the contents besides the Light folder got corrupted and caused the F59 to not appear. So I would recommend just pasting the Lights folder in Railveichles/ Diesel/F59PH
