This small decal pack was available as a Marketplace item on the Steam store, but withdrawn (appid 256568).
Some 3rd party / workshop routes are using it.
With kind permission from DTG, I'm releasing it for free here.
Installation Instructions
Open the zip and drop the included "Assets" folder onto your RailWorks folder.
You should then have this: RailWorks\Assets\RSC\MPScreenDecals04\MPScreenDecals04.ap
