extract the installed .zip file, and the (z)READ_ME.txt files are in each of the horn folders

Even though I have the enhancement pack plus all of its requirements installed when I load up the stock scenario it won't work (1. Hot Box (Part 1) with BNSF ES44 DC) with error messages 'can't load rail vehicle [TP] Union Pacific ES44AC and ES44DC BNSF'.
Did some update to any of the concerned files mess it up , doesn't it work with these scenarios / what am I doing wrong?
