Class 70 Horn Soundpack
Pretty much excatly as it says on the tin. Revamps the old RSC horns with brand new ones.
High exterior tone pops a little bit due to me accidentally moving the loop regions before exporting
The rest are fine. Ill attempt to fix them later.
