Class 390 does not appear in MML

hi I have 2 questions, first where do you need to install the files I tried to put it on "TrainSimWorld5\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC" but it doesnt seems to work. Second how do you (or what do you use to) modify thoses trains in general cause since tsw 5 dovetail got lazy and we can't modify the new EMUs on formation designer they only appears as one train instead of all cars.
