NOTE: The reskin was produced from a couple of images where '847 wasn't fully visible and I've had to use some "artistic license", during production. Once the real thing has been released, I'll make matching adjustments to the reskin.

i'm trying to download this but when i go into the game it's loading up as the virgin trains 158 and not in EMR purple

Thanks for the heads up; I'm not sure what happened, to be honest. I've replaced the tsw3 file with the correct one. Can you remove the old (incorrect) version and install the new one?
