Don't rush right of the station, "simulate" picking up passengers even at the start station, though the game doesn't tell you. No need to rush it.

I know that, but the current Scenario Planner doesn't allow for flipping the consist. So I can't put the Bi-Level cab first... if they add that option, I'll fix this, it would definitely look way more realistic.
I believe if you select Off The Rails, the BiLevel Cab Car becomes an option
What? Why is that not an option to begin with? What's unreal about a cab car compared to the loco from the same consist?

Love the amount of AI Services. Fyi though all southbound passenger trains should have the Cab Car leading.
