Hamburg - Lübeck PIS Extension and Improvements

This mod makes a selection of changes to the Station Directory for the Hamburg - Lübeck route. This includes changing the display name for both normal and short versions according to real life images to make these more realistic and fixing a few destinations not displaying at all on trains calling at Frankfurt and Münster. It also adds a selection of special destinations and destinations with a line number at the beginning to the station directory that can be used on all trains with the latest PIS technology.
It additionally makes small changes to the passenger behaviour at both Hamburg Hbf and Kupfermühle to remove issues with all passengers alighting and overfilled platforms.
