Mannheim - Kaiserslautern Landscape Materials Patch

yoyoyo, i have emerged from my hexediting fever nightmare dream to bring you another niche patch!
This patch fixes the flood-ridden/hyper shiny landscape materials on Mannheim - Kaiserslautern, check out the before and after comparisons to see the changes.

This is quite a scuffed process to achieve this, i have done a few passes of the route and it seems good, but if you notice anything weird feel free to message me in the discord!

As a note; the tramway, roads, and footpaths are not affected by this so they're still pretty wet, probably need specific material edits for those but i'm looking into it as we speak.
