This mod changes the volume & pitch of the ICM's deadman that comes with the Zwolle-Groningen route
Installation Instructions
To install it just simple put the .pak file in the following path
Train Sim World 5\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC

Shouldn't this be in Sounds rather than Patches?
That's fair enough, have requested to change them towards the sounds category :)

This started crashing for me after the update.
unsure what is causing the issue on your side but i can assure you the mod is perfectly comptible with the latest update
could be the pis brightener as they "fixed" that in the latest patch
My bad. I removed the PIS mod and all is good again.
