A mashup and adjustment of sounds for the BOW F40PH-3C.
Mix of default / custom sounds for prime mover, new high idle / cues entering notch 6 & 7
Increased HEP volume, exterior & interior engine volume, startup/shutdown volume. The prime mover & hep is loud ish (still realistic, I think), so be warned.
