A reskin of the 23k tank car from Searchlight Simulations in a livery apt from 1984 to circa 2007. Major changes include the removal of conspicuity stripes, older sans-serif numbers with stencil breaks and redone stenciling.

- Place the "Assets" folder and the included bat file inside your "Railworks" folder.
- Run the "UTLX Early.bat"
In Game:
The reskins will appear in the scenario editor browser as so: "JR Freight 23K Tank 80's UTLX 5 Digit LD" and "JR Freight 23K Tank 80's UTLX 5 Digit LT".

theres no geo file in the asset folder
I noticed that too just copy the geo files from the FRT folder SearchlightSimulations\FRT\JR_23KTank\UTLX and past them into SearchlightSimulations\FRT\JR_23KTank\UTLX (Early).
