THIS IS STILL A VERY HEAVY WORK IN PROGRESS ROUTE
THERE ARE STILL AREAS THAT ARE STILL UNFINISHED
Welcome to the Blackwater Branch. This is a 30+ mile branchline that is set in the fictional world of Halkeginia. This route is set in the "Zero no Tsukaima" anime series and takes place well after the event of the 4th season of the anime. However you can operate any Western American Road and it'll not look out of place.
---Route History---
Founded in 2026, the City of Blackwater is situated roughly 20 or so miles south of the city of Elvenwood. The city itself was the result of a discovery of a large oil deposit just west of the Blackwell Estate. This along with the rich and fertile soil made it ideal grounds for new settlements as part of the new Multiverse Alliance between Tristain, The United States, and Japan. As such plans were made to extend the nearby Market Line, named such for its direct connection to the Markets in the capital city of Tristainia, and the newly founded city of Blackwater. Many other communities quickly sprang up, such as the towns of Green Hills, Stovall, and Eureka. New Industries were established like the Shandor Mining Company, Westwood Lumber Company, and the Dragon's Blood Refining Corporation. Soon traffic over what was only a few years prior a branchline, quickly grew and as such was more than the line could initially handle. At first the line was handed to the Elvenwood & Southern Railroad as the Tristain National Rail system was already struggling to keep track of their growing network. However because the Elevnwood & Southern was operated as an extension of the city of Elvenwood little effort was made into maintaining the right of way. This would lead to the first major railroading disaster in the history of Halkgiana. After the disaster it was proposed by Sammuel Blackwell that a Locally controlled Railroad should take over operations. His idea was well received and the Eureka Stovall & Pacific Railroad was created. Today over a quarter of a century later the line still sees reqular use as well as the occasional excursion or two.

Nice route, but way too many required assets for most people to enjoy your work.
I agree with this comment. I didn't even know about the Purbeck Line, and I literally downloaded the entire GAD site last week. It never came up in my downloads. Though I am now reminded of the Romanian site and need to consider those routes sometime.
I second that, doesn't look bad at all but way too many requirements. Sorry, it's a pass for me.
I understand the issue and do plan to see what I can start cutting to make it more manageable. A lot of the requirements are for one or two assets at most, so cutting those out first will be the priority. As for the Romanian stuff it was mainly used from the animated Pumpjacks for the Blackwell Oil Fields. However if I can find a replacement I will gladly get rid of that requirement.
