Laika's Experimental TSW3 ini

Yo yo yo,

So TSW3 is obviously very new, we're all experimenting with inis and such so this is SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Currently, this ini brings over some stuff from my TSW2 ini.
LOD stuff, TAA and reflection improvements are also in here.

If you're struggling with frames after installing try removing these lines
r.ViewDistanceScale=3
foliage.LODDistanceScale=4
r.DFDistanceScale=1

I'm still trying to find a way to make day time less exposed but I'm not so hopeful.

IF YOU WANT DARKER NIGHTS: If you want your nighttime way too dark, you can set r.ToneMapperGamma to 1.7 when you do night runs.
For many this is way too dark, but much like with my older ini, I chop and change settings to make nights realisitcally dark.
