Loose Consists EXTRA Formations

This mod will add 860 special formations to your TSW4 (or TSW5) set-up. These formations have been designed to be used to fill up sidings and platforms and are based around an invisible CL08 locomotive (which is included in this .pak file). This means the formations can be easily placed in Scenario Planner.

All formations installed by this mod are then immediately available for selection through Free Roam and Scenario Planner.
Any formation selected in Scenario Planner will also allow for Creative Centre liveries to be applied to them (see screenshots attached).
However, the formations WILL NOT appear in Timetable mode.
Rolling stock used contains practically all BR rolling stock released up to and including TSW4.

To find these new formations then Simply select the Class 08 as your player locomotive and then scroll through the various formations until you start seeing some prefixed with LC (loose consist). These are the ones that will give the appearance of spawning without a locomotive and which can be placed in sidings etc.

In addition to the invisible CL08 locomotive there is also an invisible BR Van and an invisible Pacer in this pack. These will help create single formations that have 'gaps' in them. This enables you to give the appearance of having more than one rake on the same siding thus adding to interest.

There are many freight formations contained within this mod. Hopefully they have all been named correctly but bear with me if a few errors have crept through the net. (In fact I have already spotted a couple of incorrectly named formations but, as I am having issues with the TSW Editor at the moment, thought I would release the mod as is to move things forward).

So if you want to see your sidings full up with Seacows, Turbots, FKAs, PGAs, TEAs, Laaers Car Transporters, HEAs, PCAs and BBAs (empty or loaded) then this is the mod for you. (Note the mod will still work if you don't have certain items of rolling stock on your system. It will just ignore anything missing). Obviously this mod also works hand-in-glove with my earlier BR Formations mods to help create more engaging scenarios.
Give it a whirl and see how you get on.

Finally note that, although this mod was created in TSW4, it has been tested in TSW5 and seems to work OK.

Installation Instructions

This mod is supplied as a .pak file called "!!SpikesINVISIBLEFormations".
It is to be installed in your TSW4 (or TSW5) DLC folder in the usual manner.

Open the game and go in to either Scenario Planner or Free Roam and you will see the increased selection of formations.
Pick one and off you go !!!

*** NOTE This is the most compliocated mod to use out of my first 6 releases. I will be creating a guide as to how to get the best out of the formations but that won't be for a couple of weeks or so. In addition I will shortly be creating a number of scenarios that use these new formations which will (a) hopefully be enjoyable to play and (b) will demonstrate how these packs can be used.
