This very simple mod reduces the "BloomIntensity" value for the Oakville Sub route in TSW3.
It should work for TSW2 as well but I don't have TSW2 installed to verify.

Installation Instructions
Installation: Put !ZeroHour-TSW3-Oakville-BloomReduction.pak in your ..\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 3\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC folder.
Removal: Delete !ZeroHour-TSW3-Oakville-BloomReduction.pak from your ..\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 3\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC folder.
