TrippleJ814's mod is for DTG's "DB BR 403 ICE 3 Railbow Add-On", which also featres a green stripe livery for the ICE 1. This DLC is currently unaffected by this mod, and if you want the more realistic shade of green for the stripe you still need TrippleJ814's mod.

Thanks - I meant to mention in my first post I was referencing not that one, but 'TripleJ814_LocoAddon2-ICE1-GreenStripeColourCorrection'. I assume the same scenario applies, so I'll put that mod back in.

Why only make a version with the current livery?
Everything is inclouded in the pack and you can choose your livery before you
load into the service...

The sound you described is a rolling sound, they actually sound like that irl ^^

Not really. I watched numerous cab videos out of ICE1 and all of them have a constant running sound without looping noises. And it makes sense because there is no reason for something to start looping itself but only after 170-180 km/h Its like you cough 1 second when passing over a switch or flange lube system sound (if even audible in ICE) and that gets looped over and over.
Maybe its my fault since i don't know how to describe the sound properly :)

May i ask ln what version of tsw you play on (Steam, Epic etc.)? And also, might it be possible that you have cc liverys still installed, if yes, remove them. Hope this could help

We know the non compatability with the Epic Games Version but we cant garantie an update for it

Steam. FWIW, the 401 (both versions) runs fine on the Training Center- it's Kassel-Wurzburg that crashes.

All right, found the problem. It wasn't the 401 at all; it was a bad mod on the 425 (which appears in Kassel-Würzburg only as AI) - that was causing the route to crash (also München-Augsburg and Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr)

Would one of your group be able to help me with a project? I would like to come up with a mod which allows my Silberling repaints to spawn randomly on LRS and NID (not too often, but sometimes as was the case in the 90s). However, I don't know how to crack the route coding to make this happen.

Currently most people of the team inclouding me are in holidays or busy with life. Maybe just ask in the TSC server for help ^^

You are correct, that was a change with the latest update. Unfortunately, DTG's setup uses the "Window open" occlusion setup for when opening the engine room door as well, so you would have also heard the exterior horn in that case

another thing, I have an idea for the issue with the door sounds, you could look into how DTG managed to do it and then do the same, with the new sounds, because maybe it's an issue with the length of the audio files?

As far as I am informed, we have tried already everything. By making the recording shorter, it wont be realistic anymore. The issue is that DTG in this case made the door animation to fast.

cant that issue with the door animation be changed, because you also somehow managed to split the ICE 1 in the game up into two different variants, one of them having a musical scale, shouldnt the other thing be possible too then?

speaking of possibilities, is it even possible to add new features to exisiting trains such as openable windows in the ICE 3??

the animation thing is a whole different thing than the splitting in two versions,If my knowledge is right you´d have to make the animation from scratch

I can't currently tell any release date on the next planned update(s) since they are still being made.
Also the spellingmistake is meant to be a joke and wont be corrected since its loctaed in the mod files anyways

well, there is a substitution mod that makes it possible to have red stripe and green stripe ICE 3s to run on the same routes (but the green stripe one is then from MAG when the red striped one is the modded KWG one) and/or having the red striped ones be the ICE 3M, the DB Class 406.

We're not gonna release a version without the repaints, seeing as our mod makes the ICE 1 incompatible with livery designer repaints. Why do you want a version without the repaints anyway?

Who knows where our next project will lead us to, but now we are all gonna take a break
But also like Raph stated, a version without the liverys is not making any sence because we would only lose stuff by doing that, there would be no advantages doing so

Myron, das Problem ist schon gefixt aber nicht in der jetzigen Pak Version. Alle minor bugs werden gerade gesammelt, gefixt und beim nächsten Update gebündelt dann Hochgeladen um nicht bei jedem Fehler die .pak neu zu erstellen.

Das Regenbogen ICE DLC ist eh scheiße und inakkurat, da sind das ICE 1 EP und evtl ein anderer Reskin falls sowas kommt für den 403 um einiges besser.

kannst ja mal versuchen das ICE 1 EP drinnenzulassen aber das Vectron EP kurz rausnehmen, ob das was bringt um etwas identifizieren zu können...

also ich kann nur dazu sagen dass ich selber kein Problem habe obwohl ich beides ICE 1 EP und Vectron EP installiert habe, aber womöglich kann das Modder-Team den Bug so oder so irgendwann fixen... wer weiß

Try removing the Vectron EHP from Hannah, as it still is WIP and a Known bug that it Crashes sometimes

last time i checked redstonia didnt include a CargoUnit Repaint.

Its most likely an early access kofi version of my mod thats causing the crash, has to wait till full release

Just to be on the clear side, you have removed all your CC-Liverys and also removed all mods to check, that it is not conflicting with something else.
With this info we can narrow down the possible issues, thanks in advance!

Hi, so this problem occurs if you want to spawn our modded ICE on a route that hasnt got the default KWG ICE 1 loaded in already.
To fix this problem spawn the default ICE 1 first, delete it and then spawn in our modded version.
On routes where the ICE 1 is already loaded you dont need to do so.

Hey, if you want to spawn our modded 401 you need to first spawn the default KWG ICE 1. Our mod will crash if that isnt loaded in already. If you play route that has the 401 in the timetable already you dont need to do so.

Please try a different service, this might be due to the weather settings. We tried reproducing this issue, but everything works as intended, on our end anyway.

I can confirm the 200km/h LZB/AFB Bug. I´m currently working on a Scenario with the GTO ICE on Köln Aachen and when I enter the LZB it won´t go higher than 200 although the tracks permit 250.

Do you both have the same bug on KWG?

On KWG everything is working as intended.

Sounds like the described problem isn't an issue of the ICE 1 EP. My guess is that the LZB on SKA is bugged in your scenario or something else.

I started the scenario this morning from scratch with the 29th Juli version of the mod so it would be a huge coincidence if it was already broken :D
besides I switched the GTO ICE with the KWG ICE in my scenario (with EP mod installed) and the KWG one is not affected by this behavior and does not malfunction. So I would say my scenario works fine.

After talking to Foobian, this issue might be related to the new LZB braking curve.

Thanks a lot for looking into this. It certainly is no priority bug since it doesn´t have that much of an impact :-)

Hi, hast du alle Lackierungen vom Creators Club gelöscht und dir KWG über Steam neugezogen? Sprich die .pak von Kassel Würzburg löschen, den Haken bei Steam raus und wieder rein. (so stellst du sicher, dass du auf der aktuellen Version bist)
Falls weiterhin das Problem besteht, sag bescheid

Die Mod funktioniert bei allen Testern einwandfrei und es ist die selbe Grundversion wie jetzt zum Download.
Was ist denn der Crash bzw wo hast du die Mod hin installiert etc. je mehr Infos wir bekommen umso schneller und besser können wir die eventuelle Fehlerquelle zuordnen

It's already done but we are still gathering the last bits for the update ^^

Since you already commented under other mods it seems like a core thing.
Probably an outdated/broken mod that causes this.
You could also try to verify your gamefiles via steam.

it is in its current state fully compatible with TSW 5 - although the ICE 1 on Frankfurt - Fulda is not yet covered by the EP

The mod fully works with TSW 5. The EP version of the ICE isn't subbed onto FTF currently but will be after the next update.

May I ask on what game version you play and which tsw.
Also have you tried only loading up the ICE 1 EP to make sure, that no other mods are causing this?
Also are all liveries deleted from CC etc.

I am playing TSW5 and on the latest version/update.
I have removed all mods and only used the ICE1 EP but it was still paintless in game.
I thought maybe any ini. edits could cause that so I removed them too, but still paintless.
I also removed all liveries from CC but this didnt work either.

Is there any fix for this?

Das DLC ist besoffener Scheiß, der ICE 3 ist unrealistisch mit den fehlenden äußeren Redesign-Merkmalen, und der ICE 1 ist ja wie gesagt auch als Lackierung im ICE 1 EP was ja Kostenlos ist.

Layering was never done until this patch but should work normally now ^^
