Class 710 Headlight Patch

Surprise, it's ya boy.

Just a quick fix for the Class 710 that fixes a bug that caused the rain to not be illuminated by the headlights.
I also greatly reduced the intensity of the day and night headlights, probably still a bit too bright but it's a balance for now between playability and reality.
(will change if enough people are mean to me ig)

If you have any issues feel free to ping me in the discord, I don't actually own this route so it might take a lil while for me to fix but I'll try!

Update to ensure compatability with the lastest 710 patch, I've left the old version there for TSW4 players (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE RIGHT ONE).

Drop into your DLC folder.
