This mod allows you to use the 4F and 8F on passenger services.
It works on both Peak Forest and Spirit Of Steam, although don't expect the 4F to spawn on SOS if you don't own PFR... obviously like.
As a by-product this also allows you to use the PFR Jubilee and 8F on SOS and vice versa, so feel free to mix and match how your Jubilees and 8Fs look with my reskin mods below!
