Does this also affect German wagons and if so, which ones?
It does because it affects the core. I've only played with containers but I've used the mod in the past and it changed all freight sounds
As Arch said. I dont have every DLC to tell you 100%. Most UK wagons, most if not all outside of UK based Freight and Arosa passenger stock will be changed.
