Mk2A 'WCRC' Branding Patch

Changed seat moquette textures for both the TSO & FK coaches & added AssetRegistry file to prevent unnecessary RAM usage during startup of TSW

A small patch which adds West Coast Railway Company logos to the Mk2As included with the Flying Scotsman 60103 addon DLC.

Some other minor adjustments include:

Slightly darkened the maroon livery/
Removed First Class stripe above the windows on the FK coach
Changed vestibule doors from original yellow to green
Changed the saloon interiors from the original 70s wooden trim to the refurbished 90s white trim.
Changed moquette patterns for both TSO & FK interiors

some minor changes have also been applied to the BG, however, these do not carry logos
