Just like my ICE 3M cab cam position adjustment mod, this one has been made to align to Spikee's now withdrawn cab cam enhancements mod, where the other two 425s in his list had a changed position of the driver's view.
This raises the viewpoint so you no longer need to feel like a short person.
UPDATE: Reflecting "recent" patch, something related to not being able to use the cab door windows etc.

Hey ich hoffe das klingt nich überheblich aber könntest du eine Modernisierte Version aus der br 425 machen die heutzutage dort fährt wäre mega Nice :D
Da die Strecke in 2013 spielt macht das wenig Sinn.
Naja da fahren auch trotzdem Vectrons :p

Hey, I've noticed that since the latest current update, the mod removes the clickspot for opening the cab windows for me. Can you maybe take a look again?

Thank you very much for both of these mods! I've been out of the loop for a few weeks - why did Spikee pull his mod from the site?
It was almost a requirement to drive a large number of the trains comfortably...
Apparently there was some drama on the TS section of the DTG Forums a bit more than a week or so ago that made him cut connections with this community as a whole, that's how I understand it atleast.
