Thanks to Lokomotiv permitting anyone who wanted to do this, this enhancement also now exists for the Mannheim-Kaiserslautern ICE 3M.
The original mod description states:
This pack fixes the misplaced speed marks between 150 and 200 km/h by replacing the speedometer with a new texture made from video and photo reference. The power gauge has also been updated to stay visually consistent with the speedometer.
Changes have also been made to the needle targets that are now orange, and the tiny needle bit sticking out is now white like the big needle is.
