This file changes the sound balancing on the default TSW4 Antelope Valley Passenger Train.
It will also modify the intensity and range of the headlamps.

Add an ! to either mod to get priority. Headlamps are on the RVV folder. So none of my other changes ie sound would be affected.

Does it change the horn of the EMD?
@ROB S my mod doesn't actually change the RVV so you won't need to add an "!" (in fact it won't do anything, my mod will always overwrite your headlight changes). These mods should be compatible!
the horn attenuation on the f125 might need a quick fix. you can hear it right in your ears even from a distance, and it just fades out instantly instead of gradually fading.
